May is Mental Health Matters Month - Week 3
Dear Students,
As we enter the third week of Mental Health Matters Month, we continue to explore the theme of "Express Yourself!". With the end of the school year approaching, you may be experiencing a variety of different feelings. Please know that your feelings are valid, they matter, and we are in this together. Learning to express your feelings in healthy ways is a life skill that will help you cope not only with our current situation, but with any future challenges you may face as well. Please explore the resources below to learn more about how to express yourself through writing, art, and even TikTok!
Counting today, we officially have 8 school days left to go before summer! Please keep an eye on your emails and school websites for information regarding specific check-out procedures and schedules for our Class of 2020 Senior celebrations. Wrap up those last assignments, and reach out for support if you need it. Have questions? Your teachers, counselors, and other school staff are all here to support you!
We hope you are all doing well, staying safe, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
