Learning Update Capco Switzerland

January edition - Happy New Year!

Welcome to the first L&D update of 2015

Welcome Back everyone, hope you're having a great start to the new year.

So, what's been going on in the world of Learning & Development since the last newsletter? Well, the quick answer to that is 'lots'!

We ran a Coaching Lunch in Geneva in December and are just coming to the end of a two week training spree in Zurich. I'd like to say a big thanks to everyone who took part with such enthusiasm, especially the trainers and Brown Bag SMEs :

Philippe Andermatt................................Tim Art............................................ Richard Bloch

Ingrid Boutemy................................ Martin Salutski....................................... Delia Steiner

..............................................................Thomas Weiser..............................................................

These sessions were so well received that they will be repeated - you can expect to see more Brown Bag sessions on a range of different topics, as well as training on Advanced Excel Skills and Creating a Proposal.

For an overview of what else is in the pipeline, check out the training calendar which can be found in CiT. Join the Learning and Development- EU & Africa Group to make sure you can see the calendar entries ;)

New Course Catalogue

To help you identify appropriate courses to support your development, and help you find training in the Learning Hub, we've created a Course Catalogue. We'll update this at least once a year to make sure the training we offer remains relevant to your needs.

Make sure you discuss your development needs with your Coach before registering in the Learning Hub
