Safety in the Kitchen
When carring a knife make sure to hold it by the handle and hold it pointing down agaist your leg. When passing a knife pass the handle to the other person. If you cut your self make sure to put a bandaid and a glove on the hand that is cut. Wear the right uniform. Make sure to have hair up in a hat. Wash and dry hands properly. Do not wear make up because it can run and get into the food. Make sure to use an oven mit when using the oven. Be careful of oily foods spitting when cooking. Do not run or be silly in the kitchen.
