Sick Kids at EA
Sick/ill Students – If you suspect that your child is ill in any way, please keep them home from EA. We want to do our best to keep our families healthy! Please see attached for more information.
Our EAs are Nut Aware!
Our EA’s are Nut Aware! This means you are being asked to consider nut alternatives for individual student lunches and snacks out of consideration to our children with severe, life threatening allergies. Food brought should not have any food items that contain nuts such as granola bars, including nut spreads (peanut butter, almond butter, or peanut/nut oils or almond/nut flour, etc.).

Safety First - Sign IN, and Sign OUT, and name TAGS, oh my!
1. Each student must have a parent sign-in/out. Please sign all students IN and make (or have them make) a nametag at the the long sign-in table. Then join us for morning assembly - all students must be accompanied by a parent or designated guardian. All TK-5th grade students must be signed OUT at their classrooms. All 6th - 12th grade students (3rd floor classes) may be signed out in the courtyard. Please list any "authorized adults" to your drop-off and pick-up list on the emergency form. Pick-up is 12:40pm.
2. All required registration paperwork MUST be completed and signed by a parent BEFORE you can drop your child off at the EA. If there are any missing forms or clarification needed, your students' names will be highlighted on the sign-in sheet as a reminder to come drop by the front desk to see me this week.
3. Every student, teacher, volunteer, or parent staying on campus will be wearing a name tag during school hours. We just LOVE having you on campus with us. Fair warning, you may be invited to join a committee or game of hoops!
