Lighthouse Photography Competition
As a Lighthouse School to Watch and an International Baccalaureate World school, we want to keep our beacon shining brightly on these hot summer days. To celebrate, we had a lighthouse photography contest over the summer. Pictures of any lighthouse may be turned in to Mrs. Fell during Open House or during the first week of school for judging. Pictures will be judged for based on the theme “Seahawks Shining Our Light.” Entries will be displayed in the front lobby throughout the year.

A Message from SCCPSS Concerning Backpacks
Over the past two weeks, concerns about mesh book bags have been expressed by several parents in our district. The current regulation requires these bags and we will follow the regulation as required.
Staff will examine the expressed concerns thoroughly and make a recommendation to the Board that allows for adequate notification of any change to staff and families.
