Perkiomen Valley Athletics
Week of March 6
Winter and Spring Sports
What an exciting weekend for PV athletics! Let's start with the unprecedented success of our wrestling team. Congratulations to Max Tancini, Kelly Kakos, Gavin Pascoe, Carson Pascoe, Carter Euker, and Grant Euker on their success at the regional tournament and qualifying for the PIAA individual championships! This is the most qualifiers we have had in wrestling since we had 3 qualify in 1975. Good luck to all 6 of our wrestlers as the wrestling action starts on Thursday. I also wanted to say good luck to our boys' basketball team as they travel to play a state playoff game versus Roman Catholic on Saturday. Lastly, congratulations to our girls' basketball team on winning the District 1 Championship Saturday by defeating Haverford 48-44. Thank you to our cheerleaders, student section, school, and community on all the support during this great accomplishment! Their next game will be Friday, March 11 at PV as we face Red Lion at 7pm. Good luck!
Sincerely,
Robert L. Felty Jr.
Athletic Director
