Principal Corner

We have so many blessings for which to be grateful. The month of November reminds us to count our blessings and reflect on all we have to be thankful for each day. Take a gratitude walk each morning, make a list of your blessings, make a phone call, send an email, offer a kind word and let others know how important they are to you.

I am very grateful for the students and staff who have taken such amazing care of me following my recent surgery to repair my shattered elbow. The children sent cards, letters and pictures during my long absence which truly brightened my day. I have returned to school as of November 1st which is much sooner than the doctor originally anticipated. For this, I am truly grateful. I appreciate Mrs. Trial and Mrs. Jones who subbed for me during my absence.

On Friday, November 9th, we all have the opportunity to show our gratitude to the men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We are so blessed to be living in such a great country which has been and continues to be protected and served by so many brave veterans. It's going to be an amazing day!
