Phone Gap

Phone Gap is a tool that allows students to create their own mobile apps to enhance learning and understanding of a concept both online and on their mobile device that they can share.

Clickatell

Clickatell is a great tool in which teacher and students can stay in contact and communicate with each other through text messages for reminders and alerts for educational purposes.

As a teacher I would collect all of my students cell phone numbers and use this tool to keep them updated on due dates for assignments and remind them about quizzes and tests.

Mobl 21

Mobl 21 is a tool that teachers can use to create learning content that students can access on their mobile devices such as flashcards, quizzes, etc.

As a teacher I would use this tool to create study resources for the students that they can access quickly and at anytime on their mobile devices to help them study.

Wordpress

Wordpress is a tool in which teachers and students can create blogs and websites that they can access both online and offline and share with others.

As a teacher I would use this tool and have students start their own blog that they keep throughout the semester and update it with certain topics I choose to give them and allow them to access this tool on their mobile device.
