Math Goal: Number Writing
Narrative Writing Celebration!
When we came back from winter vacation, we took some time to review what would make our writing "easy to read." We decided that adding details to our pictures and words is so helpful! Other things include using finger spaces, printing our letters neatly (and using lowercase when appropriate), and adding punctuation and labels all help make it easy for readers to read our writing. We still encourage our Kindergarten writers to stretch out words and write the sounds we hear, but to also start using words we know from our word wall to spell some things the correct way. Congratulations to our amazing authors!

On Friday February 6th Kindergarten classes will be invited to select their new book.
