What's the Lunch Club, you ask?
It's an opportunity to eat, learn and join a conversation about the key areas essential for successful performance in staff roles. All administrative and support staff are evaluated every year on the following competencies - knowledge of position, working relationships, communication, quality of work, planning and organizational ability, judgment, and student success. At the Lunch Club, we will focus on one competency and provide insight and tools to help you excel.

- Linking communication and emotional intelligence
- Active and reflective listening as an essential skill for the workplace
