Stress is one of the many problems in our world today. Three fourths of our population feel stress in a two week period. There are different types of stress in the world. Stress come from lots of different things such as work, school, sports, friends, and family. A big amount of the times that you feel stress is multiple of these stress causers are giving you a lot of things to do at the same time.


One thing that stress can cause is sleeping disorders such as insomnia. Stress causes the sleeping disorders because when stressors are around your body naturally makes a high response to them. Your body does this to help you focus on the task at hand and get rid of the stress.


There are lots of ways to get rid of stress. One way is to plan out how you can get all that you have to do done. If you need help ask a person that you trust for help in completing what you need to get done. Another way to get rid of stress is to laugh and have fun. You need to get the work done but most stress that you get is not good for your body. When you have fun you remember good times making stress go away.


Stress can be good in the right amount such as being stressed on how a football game will win. Stress helps you be aware and ready for danger or a challenge. Stress becomes to much when the person has to much stress such as lots of events to do a little time to do them.

Symptoms of Stress

Headaches, Chest pain, elevated Blood pressure, Upset stomach, and problems sleeping.
