Life in Paris

He moved to Paris in May from 1910-1911

He moved because he wanted to go to college there

There he became really good friends with Jean Verdenal, who was a medical student, and later died

Eliot attended Henri Bergson's lectures at the College de France and was temporarily converted to Bergson's philosophical interest in the progressive evolution of consciousness.
