My Brain

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means I prefer expression, nurturing, social, and interpersonal activity, imagination, spontaneity, and creativity. However, sometimes I need more responsibility, organization, planning, analytical skills, listening skills, rational and logical thinking.

Decision making

When making decisions I tend to follow the directive style. People with that decisions making style, focus on tasks and details, considers facts, rules, and procedures, evaluates information by using intuition (your gut), experience, and rules, has a low tolerance for uncertainty and needs structure, acquires information through hunches and by using short reports with limited data. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as impersonal, simplistic, and rigid. the best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for structured, goal oriented, such as in bureaucracies, or where power and authority are important.

My Personality Type

I have an orange personality type. That means I am more fun loving, competitive, witty, generous, and creative. I get frustrated with, small talk, failure, and being wrong publicly.
