HOLY COW, I feel like I have so much I want to say and so much I need to cover, which can only mean one thing... I've had wayyyyy too much coffee today already! HA. But in all seriousness, you guys are starting 2016 out with a bang. Congrats! Give yourself a lil' pat on the back, because I'm proud of the growth we achieved as a team last month! And this month? Oh man... February better watch out because I AM HUNGRY AND I AM RUNNING FASTER AND HARDER THAN I EVER HAVE BEFORE. What are your goals for February? Shoot me an email or let's set up time for a quick Power Shot Call and we'll knock out a plan for you together.

This incentive is more for your new Preferred Customers than it is for you, but new PCs lead to bigger paychecks so think of it that way! I am hosting a raffle for MY DIRECT CONSULTANTS NEW PCs ONLY. Anyone who signs up for PC Perks on or before February 5th has a shot at a free Lip Serum! How many new orders can you front load your month with? Use this to your advantage.

Regional Director, Meredith Tieszen, will be back in Los Angeles on Wednesday February 17th to host a Business Opportunity Event along with Level V Lexus Achievers Ravina Welsh, Jena Kravitz and C&C's very own Rachel Cannon. Tickets come out to $16.32 for Consultants, and it is free for guests. I will personally be there to take care of your prospects even if you can not make it so invite, invite, invite! If you are interested in going, please purchase your ticket BEFORE February 9th. Ticket link below.

Fast Start and Lead the Way have received a facelift!

Earlier today you should have received an email from Justin at Corporate outlining updates to the Fast Start Program and the new Lead The Way Program. Both of these programs are huge tools that Corporate has given to us to help grow our businesses. I encourage you to read every word of Justin's email, and then click every link he included and read every word of those pages. This is to make sure that you understand these incentives and can use them to your advantage! If you are not yet registered for the LTW site, I also recommend you do so! Register at

RFx and 5 Million Dollar Circle Achiever, Romi Neustadt, recorded a great call that really explains both the new Fast Start Program and Lead The Way incentives. CLICK HERE TO LISTEN. If you still have questions after reviewing the documents from Corporate and listening to Romi's call we can set up a time to talk about it.

Big image

If you want something you've never had, you have to do something you've never done.

We all have a comfort zone. You know, that space where your activities and behaviors fit a routine and pattern to minimize stress and risk. In our comfort zone, there is a sense of familiarity, security and certainty. When we step outside of it, we're taking a risk because we're not quite sure what will happen or how we'll react. What holds you back most from stepping out of your comfort zone? My answer is I'm scared to fail.

There is such a huge fear of failure in our society, and specifically in this business, I feel. We're worried what our friends and family think about our decision to try something new and change the face of direct sales. Well, fuck them. Yeah, I just said the F word and I'll say it again if it helps hammer the point home. FUCK THEM. Breaking the mold - especially when it's your own mold - can only make you stronger and more confident to reach higher levels in both your professional and personal life. To some degree, isn't that why we all started this business in the first place? Here are three tips to help you get comfortable with being uncomfortable:

  1. Start Small - You don’t have to throw your entire game plan out the window in order to achieve stepping out of your comfort zone. Make tiny tweaks to how you reachout. Change up your language, post to Facebook if you don't normally do so, or pick up the phone if social media is what you tend to hide behind.
  2. Be Consistent - Step out of your comfort zone on a regular basis. The more comfortable you become with trying new things, the less you’re going to avoid it and the more you’re going to say yes to new challenges when they arise.

  3. Remember your "WHY" - Repurpose those feelings of anxiety as feelings of excitement and opportunity. What do you hope this business is going to bring into your life? Concentrate on that and those butterflies in your stomach will soon be welcoming rather than something that you seek to avoid.

What are you going to do in February to break your own mold? Let's turn this month upside-down!
