Tips and Tricks for Scheduling

1. be sure you have re-enrolled for the 2013/14 school year. If you haven't yet, here's the link:

2. read the course catalogue and the common terms document (posted below)

3. make a preliminary schedule based on the course catalogue offerings

4. watch Mrs. Perney's vimeo about how to select courses in Sapphire

5. log in to Sapphire (link below) and follow Mrs. Perney's instructions from the video

6. be sure to save a copy of your course request, or print it out

What if...

... I don't know my Sapphire log in info? -- send Mrs. Weir an email at mweir@pavcs.us

... all the courses I want are in red? -- send Mrs. Weir an email at mweir@pavcs.us - list the courses you want in your email

... I have lots of questions and I don't know what to do? -- wait until the week of June 6, when there will be office hours offered in Elluminate to help you with your questions. Watch for further info on dates, times, and locations.
