What Rome Left Behind
By:Nick, Bryan, Charlie
Romans created roads. A road is a specially prepared hard surface for cars, buses, bicycles etc to travel on. Roads are used in everyday travel. People travel from place to place on roads.
The Romans created mosaics. Mosaics are a pattern or picture made by fitting together small pieces of colored stone or glass. Many modern day churches and buildings have mosaics in or on them. Wealthy families in early Rome decorated their houses with mosaics.
