Understanding
Creating your own scenerio from a concept.
Students will be able to comprehend an idea and explain the why's and the how's of the central idea.
Example activity
After students have learned about character, situational, and symbolic archetypes, students will create their own super hero and illustrate a picture. The students must name their hero, state which type of archetypal hero fits their character, give their hero a task/situation, and assign a symbol to their hero. Students will then write a paragraph. This activity allows students a creative way to express and demonstrate their understanding of the definitions taught in class.
