Student Led Conferences - Please let Valerie know when you have 100% attendance for conferences. If you have trouble getting a family to come in, please do a phone conference. If you cannot get a hold of a family via phone, let me know and I will have Pam Gentry help.
Evaluations - All certified staff will have a summative evaluation, either a full summative or a mini-summative. Probationary teachers and tenured teachers on-cycle will have a full summative, which will include results of the professional growth plan and scoring of 13 indicators. All tenured off-cycle teachers mini-summative will include the results of your professional growth plan and scoring of indicators 3.3, 7.2, and 9.2.
I will try to do a walk through of all staff before scheduling summative evaluation meetings. Questions? Don't hesitate to ask!
