Quality of Life Questionnaire
Residence Life would love your opinion on the quality of life at Worcester State. Please set aside 15-20 minutes of your time to help us make Worcester State the best place to live! All answers are anonymous and everyone who completes it will be entered into a raffle for 1 of 3 great prizes! To enter the raffle, please enter your email address at the end of the questionnaire! The questionnaire will close Friday, May 1st at 5pm.
Spring Closing Info 2015
As the semester is coming to an end it is time to review the closing procedures for May 2015. All residence hall students except for graduating seniors and those being employed by the Student Center or Residence Life must vacate their room 24 hours after their last final examination.
Students with final exams on Friday, May 15, 2015 must vacate their rooms by 5:00 p.m. that afternoon.
Seniors who need to request housing through graduation should complete the Senior Housing Request form on the Residence Life website on or before Sunday, May 10, 2015. Graduating seniors who request to stay through commencement must vacate their rooms by 5 p.m. on Saturday May 16th.

Chandler Village residents check out from the CV RA office near the CV laundry room.
Wasylean Hall, Sheehan Hall, Dowden Hall residents check out at the front desk within their respective buildings.
Check out times:
Weekdays May 7-May 12 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday and Thursday May 13 and 14 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday May 15 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Students who fail to check out with a residence life staff member will be assessed a $50.00 improper check out fee.
Please note that room inspections will be completed after closing. Your room should resemble the condition it was in when you arrived. All possessions must be removed from the room. Students will be charged a $25 fee per bag of trash removed from rooms.

Fall 2015- Spring 2016 Resident Parking Application
If you are interested in applying for a resident student parking permit, please complete the link below. All resident student parking permit applications are due by Friday, July 31. 2015.
Fall 2015- Spring 2016 Resident Parking Application
All parking permits will be distributed by the number of academic credit hours completed, with the highest number of credit hours completed granted the opportunity to purchase a parking decal first. Anyone who applies after the July 31, 2015deadline, will be placed on a waiting list in the date order we received the application, regardless of number of academic credit hours completed. Please note that it is very unlikely that anyone entering as a first year student will be approved to purchase a parking decal.
You will be notified if you have been approved after the July 31st deadline, by email at your worcester.edu address.
