Band Students Choose Music in College
Congratulations to Jon Treadway, Jonie Crawford, and Anna Barger, who all will be studying music after graduating from Scottsburg High School. Jon will be attending Indiana State University on a piano scholarship; Jonie received confirmation earlier this week from Marian University in Indianapolis that she will be admitted to their music program for percussion; and Anna had a successful percussion audition at Western Kentucky University within the last week and received confirmation that she has been admitted to their music department.
Congratulations to these seniors on their accomplishments! This makes four students in the last two years that will study music as Mickey Hall (SHS Class of 2015) is currently a music education student at the University of Louisville.
