OLHMS Week One Update

Great Start!

So exciting to see our beautiful library in use again!!

Thank You Families and Scholars!

Mustang Families and Scholars,

This was a tremendous first week back here at OLHMS! On behalf of our entire school community, thank you for partnering with us to create a safe place for our scholars to return to their in person journey of making their dreams a reality! Although we can expect initial hiccups, thank you all for your support and patience as we continue ironing out this transition back to school!

Here are a couple reminders for next week!

Buses: Please know we are working with a third party company, First Student to ensure buses are running smoothly and on time. We realize this has caused much frustration for all of us. We were told to continue expecting delays, we will do our best to get communications out as soon as we know if buses are running late.

Student Entry(8:25am) and Staggered Dismissal(3:20pm):

  • Masks must be worn to enter the building

  • Scholars will be temperature checked daily

  • Parent drop off and walkers enter the building in the back on Oak Center Dr.

    • Parents please be patient, follow guidance from school staff and do not block the driveways of our neighbors or the crosswalks at the corners of Oak Center Dr.

      • 6th Grade scholar’s entry Door 4

      • 7th Grade scholars use Door 6

      • 8th Grade scholars use Door5
