Data Informed Decisions for Student Learning
**See below a breakdown of our overall building ESSA report compared to the state and state expectations.
So as the weeks grind on, especially during this time of year, remember that continuing to have a great classroom climate where we make learning interesting, engaging, meaningful, and clear will pay-off in terms of learning BIG TIME.
In closing, I like to make my decisions based on data and be as data informed as I can be because I do not want to waste valuable learning time guessing. So when we are all doing our PLT work and collaboratively attacking areas that are of our biggest concern and barriers to student learning/growth, it is crucial that we visit the research and the data to make sure that what we are doing is research based and will pay off for our kids' growth.
Thanks for your commitment to growing our students to the max and for working collaboratively to fiercely attack these areas.
