What is Air Pollution? 🌁

Air pollution is a substance in the air that is harmful to the environment and the things they breath.

Different Types of Air Pollution

•Greenhouse Gas: a mixture of gasses emitted into the air.

•Acid Rain: a form of precipitation that is usually acidic. Has harmful effects to the plants, aquatic animals and infrastructure.

•Smog: fog or haze combined with smoke and other atmospheric pollutants.

What Causes Air Pollution?

Causes for air pollution is from the burning of fossil fuels such as coal, oil, natural gas, and gasoline to make electricity and power for vehicles.

Ways to Impact the Issue 🌅

1. Conserve energy: remember to turn off the lights, computers, and electric appliances when they are not in use.

2. Use energy efficient light bulbs and appliances.

3. Participate in you local utilities energy and conservation programs. Recycle what needs to be recycled.

Challenges 😈

The challenges for pollution is that people with breathing problems like asthma will have a more difficult time breathing the polluted air in the atmosphere. With pollution more people will not be able to breath right so that will lower the population down.
