6th Grade - 9/29
8th Grade - 10/19
7th Grade - 11/9
All students will be divided into two groups, Hybrid A (Last Name A-K), and Hybrid B (Last Name L-Z). Hybrid A will be scheduled to attend school on Mondays and Tuesdays, Hybrid B will be scheduled to attend school on Thursdays and Fridays. Each Hybrid group will alternate attending school on Wednesdays. Due to keeping numbers below an amount safe for social distancing purposes some students may need to be moved from one group to the other. If this occurs parents will be contacted.
When in the hybrid model students would follow the same schedule they are currently following virtually. We are continuing to make preparations here at West to provide students with a safe and enjoyable educational environment while following all safety guidelines.

East/West Middle School Ursinus Mentoring Program
A unique opportunity for middle school students at East and West to meet virtually for two hours a week with Ursinus College students. You will engage in a variety of activities to build a relationship with each other. This program will assist you with making connections and setting goals. There is no cost to the program but you must apply as there is limited space.
Students must submit a completed application (below) by next Friday, September 18th at 3:00PM to be considered for participation in this 1st Semester. The google form application is only accessible with a PVSD account so please have your child log on to complete the form with you. Mentoring groups will meet weekly on Monday & Wednesday OR Tuesday & Thursday. Groups of middle school students will be paired with Ursinus College students for the entire 1st Semester. Groups will start meeting virtually in the last week of September.
