Husky Happenings

September 13 - 17

From Mr. Martin

What a great week we had last week! It was so good to see our parents at our after school events, as well as our Saturday activities that included volleyball and cross country. With many clubs underway, we are glad to see so many students getting involved here at TRMS. The choir groups, Treble Makers and Trail Mix, meet before school. Last week we also had club meetings starting with FCS and Robotics, and of course we can’t forget the Ambassadors' Club. Things are beginning to pick up around TRMS. Be sure your students are involved. There are many happening things for every Husky to do.

Our district provides a service for after school support with transportation (limited drops) called the Academic Bus. Please reach out to your child’s teacher if you would like to to get more information about this resource.

World's Finest Chocolate Fundraiser

Who loves chocolate? Just about everyone! TRMS students will have an opportunity to participate in our Fundraiser, selling World's Finest Chocolates, September 22-October 6. Permission slips will be sent home with students on September 21. A parent's signature is required for students to be able to participate. There are some cool prizes for students who sell 2 or more cases of chocolates. We do ask that students NOT sell door-to-door, only to people they or their parents know.

Our first meeting will be held via zoom on Monday, Sept 20 at 7:00 pm. The link for the meeting will be sent out at a later date.
