BRAVO, TO THE TARGET TEAM FOR GES-3 TRAINING! Prepping for Window 2 of testing is a major task!

Aflac Donation - Kickball Proceeds
Our funds will go to the Hospital/Clinic Education Program - to help students continue schooling while in the hospital. This is a program that does not receive much attention, but is critical.
This was a true TEAM EFFORT - and we thank each and every one of those who helped in large and small ways in the Kickball game!

Thursday, 11/29 = CTLS Resource Library Preview. As a Proof of Concept School, we will get a first look as the Resource Library: a one stop shop for teachers to access CCSD-created and purchased resources to utilize in their classroom. Bring your charged laptops to the Conference Room on 11/29!

Progress Reports - Communicate by 11/16
Parents can be notified via email, via weekly folder, or via other written notification. Parents should be notified NO LATER than Friday, 11/16

Dear Parent,
The purpose of this correspondence is to notify you that we are half-way through this marking period. At this time, your student has a (C, D, F, 1, N - whatever it is) in the area of ____________________. We will continue to work and provide differentiated instruction in your child's area of difficulty. (If you want to include a statement that reading nightly or spending 5-10 minutes daily practicing math facts or completing assigned homework would help your child, you may do so).

CTLS - ASSESS
November 15th @ planning - due date for administration of Q2 formative assessment. On 11/15 @ planning, we will look at the data as a team, group students, and discuss the CCC Questions.
December 13th @ planning - due date for administration of Q2 summative assessment. On 12/13, we will look at the data as a team and determine which students have mastered the priority standards and which require re-teaching. Teams will create action plans.
We will prioritize Q3 standards and run through this same process in late December or January.
