All Things Baker!

Principal's Message!

Hello All,

It has been so amazing to see all of your kiddos working hard and getting back into the swing of school. We have wasted no time diving into to all of the new learning. Thank you all, also, for signing up to bring your student in for Assessment Day. It is such an excellent opportunity for our teachers to have that one on one time with their students. I cannot wait to see everyone Thursday for Curriculum Night. I love seeing families experiencing a day in the life of their student.

I wanted to impress upon you all one more time how thankful I am for your support and kindness as we start the school year. I have said it before but it is so true, we are a partnership! Together we will continue to create an environment where all of our kiddos feel safe and where they can learn and grow. Someone sent me the picture below and I think it expresses a perfect sentiment! Please continue to reach out with any concerns, questions, and/or suggestions!

Thank you all for your support and at Baker Elementary we believe In a World Where You Can Be Anything . . . Be Kind!

Sincerely,

Danielle Wallace

We are blessed to have three local family counseling professionals who will offer their expertise in brief presentations/ video vignettes on pertinent topics and open discussion, giving practical helpful solutions. There will be different and relevant topics each month.

UIL Interest!

Prosper ISD is committed to allowing students the opportunity to enhance their learning while competing in academic competitions to gain experience and insight. Academic competitions in later years can bring significant notoriety for students, which is advantageous on college and career resumes in addition to the potential for scholarship money for State level performance. As in athletics, the sooner that a student starts in their academic competition, the more likely he/she is to find success in later years. While there are more events that your student may be able to participate in through UIL academic competition, these events most clearly connect to high school events that students can pursue throughout their educational career.
Please complete this form if you and/or your student are interested in growing by learning while competing in academic competition. Please submit a separate form for each student (if you have multiple students).
