Literacy
Grammar: Comma usage, verb tenses
Spelling: Students will be receiving spelling words and spelling activities. They will be responsible for studying their words in class during their independent work time. They are more than welcome to study their words at home if you wish, but it's not something they have to complete at home. They will have their first quiz Thursday November 15th. If you have any questions please let me know.

Students will create a pendulum to explore the following learning target:
Students will make observations and measurements of a pendulum in order to show that
graphs of an object’s motion can be used as evidence to predict future motion highlighting that the patterns seen when changing specific variables of the pendulum.
Students will be graphing their data and determining what to change to their pendulum in order to have it swing more. Students will be finding patterns in their data and what conditions affect those patterns.
There will be a test on Thursday, November 8th covering balanced and unbalanced forces, motion, and application of our pendulum activity and patterns noticed.
Study materials will be on Google Classroom for students to access.
