Back To School... Back To Routines!
We hope everyone had a wonderful summer break and is ready to return to school healthy and refreshed for a new school year! With the start of the school year comes the need to resume daily routines and it's best to start the transition a few weeks before school starts. Here's a few tips to get your child(ren) ready to return to school:
🍎 Start easing into an earlier bedtime and earlier morning wake-up
🍎 Turn off screens and electronics well before bedtime
🍎 Develop a morning routine and have children start practicing it
🍎 Have children start laying items out before bed such as clothing for the next day and deciding what they want for breakfast
Annual Health and Emergency Form
As a reminder, this form must be filled out for every student at the start of every school year. Elementary schools usually send this form home the first week of school. If your child attends middle or high school, you should have already received this form. The form is linked below if you have not received it. Please return the completed form to your child's school office as soon as possible.
Medications At School
All students who will need to take medications at school must have a signed medication consent form on file before the medication may be administered. For prescription medications, the form must be signed by both parent/guardian and medical provider. Over the counter medications require just the signature of a parent/guardian. The consent form is linked below or you may obtain it from your child's school office.
