Principal Memo
This weekend is our Beautiful Day Garden Workday at Fammatre. Grounds will be open from 9:00-12:00 tomorrow to beautify our campus. Please use the link above to sign-up to come out and enjoy our lovely weather for a little bit if you have not already. I can’t think of a better way to welcome Spring than to revitalize our garden spaces!
Our district is supportive of Fammatre reimagining our front garden areas to create spaces that are low water usage and welcoming to our neighbors when school is not in session and conducive to our pick-up and drop-off procedures. If you know of a landscape architect who could be a good resource for this project, please let me know.
Finally, as I keep saying, it is survey season. This is the final week I will be sending out the district LCAP survey. Starting next week, I will be sending out Fammatre’s Climate Survey. I appreciate your participation in all of the surveys. We are a part of the district and so it is important they hear our voices to help steer the larger vision. Next, we will be able to have our voices determine how to make Fammatre a unique part of the Cambrian District. I value your thoughts and feelings and will reflect upon the input from the community with our staff and stakeholders (School Site Council, English Language Advisory Council, and Home and School Club). In addition, I am seeking input from our Famamtre Students.
Wishing you a restful weekend (hopefully with power!),
