A word from the Principal...

Spring Break is almost here!

Recently, Governor DeWine shared that schools would be closed through May 1st and will continue to offer distance education. I have heard many great stories from students, teachers, and parents about how students are completing their lessons, taking part in zoom meetings, completing projects, and practicing their instruments for band. Everyone has done a great job transitioning from the traditional school environment to a world of virtual meetings, online classrooms, emailing questions, and reorganizing their time. Parents, this would not be possible without your support and dedication to our students! We appreciate everything you are doing to help them with their lessons. We know that you are having to balance many different roles at home, at work, as a parent, and now as a teacher. Spring Break will provide the much needed break for parents, students, and staff. CFVLSD's Spring Break is April 6-12 this year. If you have any questions or concerns, please click the link below to email the Principal.

A word from the Library/Media Center...

Clear Fork now has 469 new ebook titles for your students! OverDrive/Sora just donated free ebooks in varying reading levels to our school's collection. These new titles are unlimited use titles. That means many students can read them at the same time. Students should already know how to login and use OverDrive or Sora. If they've forgotten the password, help is located at the bottom of the Library web page: Also, if any student is having trouble finding a book to read, please email Mrs. Mottayaw.

A Word about Special Education Meetings...

All special education meetings are being held via a phone conference with the following participants: parent(s), intervention specialist, general education teacher, a district representative, related services (if applicable), and students (if parents want them to take part). Parents will get a phone call either from Mrs. Klaus or Mrs. McDaniel with all of the other participants included on the conference call. Parents should receive a copy of the IEP via email from the intervention specialist prior to the meeting. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email us.
