My personal training is solely based around body weight training with a variety of home based equipment to also make your sessions fun and challenging, if your more interested in a group environment to really get you motivated my group classes are unique & fun sessions to suit not only your personal goals but your also your level of fitness.

Tabata is high intensity interval training based on 20 seconds of work followed by a short 10 seconds rest. I have not only created Fun and Effective routines but unique workouts for all fitness levels.

Do you want to challenge your body? my kettle bell class will help you build strength, stamina, endurance & flexibility. Unlike other pieces of equipment the functional movements that you perform with a Kettle bell resemble movements that your perform everyday.
