Once you receive these back, place student names on the Google Spreadsheet that will need a folder.3rd through 5th grade ensure all students have a Google classroom for your content level and know how to access it. (This was discussed in staff meeting Friday.) Do not mention this to students yet. The district will release a statement that will communicate this to families.
3. Bring your graded CFAs to team time on Monday with Ms. Bailey.
4. 3-5 SIT commenting and K-2 Dibels. No MAP Progress monitoring until January.
5. No Global PD this week or next week.
6. If you did not fill out your Planned and Tried slip in team time last week, turn it in to Ms. Wallace's box this week.

Reminders/Updates
- December attendance goal is to stay under 20 days! Right now we have used 15 of these days. We need lots of days this week and next with all of us here. This was the number of sick and personal days used last year. We didn't meet our November goal, so let's beat this goal! If we can stay under these 20 days, I will be providing Sonic drinks for all staff on December 21st!
- Christmas reminder: Keep ornament making tied to academic standards and get it completed in a short amount of time. We will not ask parents for money for any craft items or party items. Also, make sure that all food brought for parties are purchased from stores and not homemade.
- DRA window December 4th - 15th Update scores on the EES Literacy Assessments Google sheet.
- Staff Christmas Party will be on December 14th at Hideaway Pizza. We will do a scavenger hunt on the way down there. If you have questions, ask Ms. Berry.
- 2nd Nine weeks writing assessments will need to be administered, graded, and entered on the literacy assessment spreadsheet prior to leaving for Christmas break.
- Continue to use our PBIS implementation of the voice level in your classrooms. Mrs. Wallace will be placing more of these noise level signs up in the building.
- PROWL: Let's be intentional. Use all 30 minutes for these kids that need our professional expertise. Remember we are the experts and know what they need. If your kids are not showing up, call the office for them.
- 12 Days of Christmas starts on December 6th. You are not going to want to miss a day of it either.
- We will have our second nine weeks awards assembly in January.
