Forward Testing Update!
On Monday, March 23, 2020 Deputy State Superintendent Mike Thompson informed all districts in the State of Wisconsin that the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) received approval to implement a waiver allowing districts to be exempt from having to implement state testing this school year. All federal requirements are waived for the state including the Holy Hill Area School District effective immediately. The DPI continues to work with Governor Evers’ office and legislature to address the state statutory requirements of testing and accountability. Due to the school closures and the evolving COVID-19 situation, it is not possible to administer the statewide assessments for the 2019-20 school year. There will be no further state assessments this school year within the
Holy Hill Area School District.
