Don't Burn the Lab Down!
Stay safe around fire ;)
Fire Safety
Fire is one of the most important things in the lab. You can use it for heating chemicals, bending glass, and other interesting experiments. But, since you are dealing with fire, you have to know precautions before starting.
1: You should always wear safety goggles and never wear loose clothing.
The sleeves of the shirt can catch on fire, leading to a huge mess.
2: Speaking of burning sleeves, know where the fire extinguisher and safety shower are.
These should be located somewhere in the lab, in case of a fire
3: And if all else fails, evacuate the room, close the door, and call the fire department.
A simple 911 will do, and get far away from the building.
