REGISTRATION FOR 22-23 IS NOW OPEN FOR NEW FAMILIES!
Our registration is now open for next school year for new families to the district and next year’s 4K. You can find all the necessary details on our website here. Please note that students already enrolled in our schools do not have to have a new registration completed. You may utilize the “Create Account” and “Forgot Password” buttons on the registration page to complete your registration or gain access if you have created an account in the past. Please help us share that registration is open with any new families to the area or those with younger children that would be entering 4K or 5K!
Dear Parents and Caregivers,
Welcome to 2022! The new year is always a great time to hit the reset button and look at where we are and where we are going! Most importantly, how will we get there! Setting and achieving goals is a powerful thread that runs through all of our classrooms from Early Childhood and beyond 5th grade! With the guidance of our staff, children are able to look at their strengths and then where they can grow next as readers, writers, mathematicians, scientists and most importantly members of a social community! This is also a great time to check in with your learner and ask them where they want to grow in each of these areas? What goals can you help them set? Don’t stop there, help your child to make a plan to get there. Finally, write it down and post it where kids and you can see it.
Snow is here! Nothing makes recess more exciting than mounds of snow! To play on the snow or in the fields, children need to have boots and snow pants to keep them warm and dry. With all the extra gear needed, please take a moment to LABEL everything.
Have a fantastic week!

ATTENDANCE REMINDER
MASK REMINDERS
As we continue to require masks for students, please remember the following:
It’s a good idea to wash your child’s mask frequently, ideally daily if possible.
Please ensure that your child has a few masks to rotate throughout the average school week
Please send an extra mask in your child’s backpack in the event they need another mask
When choosing masks for your child, please look for masks that have 2 or more layers of breathable fabric, cover their nose and mouth, fit snugly across the sides of their face, and don’t have gaps.
If you need help with getting additional masks, please contact the school’s main office.

NEW SPEAK UP SPEAK OUT FORM
The District has joined “Speak Up Speak Out Wisconsin” for threat or incident reporting. This takes the place of our previous “StopIt” reporting form. Click on this link to view the new form. You will notice as you start typing the name of your school, the choices for schools narrows so you can select your school. By selecting your school, this report goes to the principal or local law enforcement when needed. The video linked below gives a good overview of how “Speak Up Speak Out Wisconsin” works and is good to review with your family.
Going forward, we will have a graphic for Speak Up Speak Out Wisconsin at the bottom of each newsletter that you can click on for quick access to report incidents if needed. You can also add the Speak Up Speak Out App on your phone for quick reporting by utilizing these links: iOS | Android
