Note from the Health Office
Forms-
Kindergarten students will need a physical, up to date immunizations, dental form and vision form. All health forms can be found on our district website.
Second grade students will need to have an updated dental form. Forms can be emailed to our school nurse or dropped off in the main office.

Food Service Updates
Breakfast will be available for purchase this year. If your child is purchasing breakfast, they will pick it up from the cafeteria prior to school starting. Children will then eat their breakfast as a part of their classroom morning routine.

Join the Orchestra
Dear Future Orchestra Families,
All students entering 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade this fall are welcome to participate in the elementary string program. Our goal is to provide meaningful learning experiences in music and develop individual student achievement and appreciation of music.
The instruments offered in orchestra are – violin, viola, cello and the string bass.

In order for students to participate in orchestra this school year, they need to complete the following checklist before Tuesday, August 16th, 2022
1. Fill out the online enrollment form: New Orchestra Online Enrollment Form
2. Rent an instrument through Austin's Violin Shop or Quinlan and Fabish
Violin, Viola and Cello students should order a 1/4 size, Bass an 1/8 size.
When you rent the instrument make sure to include Essential Elements Book 1 and a foldable music stand in your order.
3. Purchase a 1” hardsided 3 ring binder to keep your orchestra supplies together.
