Step 2: verify that all of your girls are registered for Girl Scouts for 2015-2016
Step 3: verify that all adults attending have registered and have a completed volunteer form (within the last three years).
Step 4: gather all necessary paperwork: health forms, permission slips, over the counter medicine forms for all girls attending. All attending adults must have a health form as well.
Step 5: fill out the mandatory attendance sheet to bring to Daisy Day: Attendance Sheet
All adults who attend must be registered & have completed volunteer application on file.
See Safety Checkpoints for recommended girl / adult ratios.
Each member of your troop is encouraged to bring one piece of gently-used sporting equipment (Tennis, Soccer, Dance, Swimming, Softball, or Lacrosse) as a Daisy Day donation. This equipment will be donated to local organizations and then distributed into the Tampa Bay community to those in need. Please encourage your troop members to donate to this cause.
