Our weeklies will be emailed and posted on our web page most Thursdays in the evening. The newest points of interest will appear at the top along with a review of the previous week and things to look forward to for the next week. We include links to our Warwick Parent/Guardian Handbook and a page where we curate previously publicized flyers for easy referral. If you have ideas on how to improve our Warwick Weekly as a means of communication, "we want to hear from you." Please use the online feedback form that can be found at the end of each Weekly to share your ideas, thoughts, and concerns with us.

NEWS ITEMS

November's Birthday Poem

This year, Dr. Leatherbarrow challenged students to write and share birthday poems with the plan being that each month she will pick one and read it to all homerooms as she celebrates students' birthdays and gives each student a birthday sticker and pencil. For the month of November, 6th Grader Jacob G.'s poem was selected. Jacob did one better than just write a poem! He wrote and led each homeroom in a song that students could participate in as we wished classmates a Happy November Birthday. Well done, Jacob! Thank you.

Pictured with Jacob are 5th Graders, Angela C., and Avery E.

Casual for a Cause

During November, the Warwick staff raised $168 for 2nd Chance for Life Rescue, and $120 which went to Jeans for Troops! Our total monies raised for charitable causes is $746!

During the month of December, our staff will focus their giving on our Warwick families by purchasing a gift for a Warwick family, purchasing and donating a frozen turkey, or donating hats/gloves on our Giving Tree! Please consider one of the ways listed below for Warwick families to support other Warwick families during the holiday season.

Social-Emotional Wellness Survey

Parents and guardians of 4th - 6th graders were sent an email detailing the Social-Emotional Wellness Survey that CBSD plans to give students in grades 4 - 12 during the week of December 2 - 6. The survey will be conducted online through a survey link that students will access during their school day. The purpose of this survey is to collect student experiences and perceptions so that Central Bucks can ensure that our programs and support systems meet the social-emotional needs of all students. If you are a 4th - 6th grade parent/guardian, and you did not receive the emailed letter, please contact the Warwick office at 267-893-4052.
