Mrs. Walker's Class
Lessons for Week 3 April 6-10, 2020
Weekly Zoom Meetings Link
I have set up a reoccurring Meeting Time for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4-5.
You will receive your invitation to join in your e-mail.
This week:
*Monday's meeting the students will need to bring p. 469 & p. 471 from their chunky math book we will do our Chapter 10 Lesson 1 as a fun activity together involving collecting Data!
*Wednesday we will do a science activity.
*Friday we will play a game and talk about what went well during this weeks lessons!
Teamwork makes the Dream Work!
*This week we are implementing Kahn Academy, Think Central, and one Brain Pop Jr. activity. There are directions further down the Smore to using them. I'm trying not to overwhelm you with too many programs but it's all good stuff and provides some variety!
*Supplies are available at the school on the Drop Off Loop. If there is something else specific you need let me know and I can get it in there for you to pick up.
*I will be doing a Student Work Collection in those bins this Friday and over the weekend. You can put your child's work in a Large Zip Block Bag, Manila Envelope, or whatever you have available to put it in and label it with their name. Don't worry about Journals as they will need to continue to use them and I can check them at a later date.
*Specials- In a normal school week we would rotate daily going to Library, PE, and Music. I would encourage you to do the same at home through Mrs. Riggan's link for Library, Mrs. Hayes' link for PE, and Mrs. McClain's link for Music!
*I'm sure there are things that will pop up through the week but I will try to keep email's at a minimum.
United we stand and take care,
Molly Walker
