There are many ways to prevent injuries. These must come into consideration when exercising so that you wont get hurt. Stretching properly before, during and after physical activity can prevent injury. Using proper form when doing any exercise can prevent harm to the body. You should always start slow and make sure you are prepared to exercise. Drinking water is the best thing for you before, during and after as well.
