Agenda
1:30 - 2:30 PV EVAAS Data (Teachers Only)
2:30 - 3:00 Time Keeper Training with Terry Haas (All Staff including TA's, Custodians, Cafeteria, Office, etc)
3:00 - 4:30 PV Professional Development work
We will meet for the 1st 1.5 hours to complete training on EVAAS and Time Keeper. Then we will transition into 1.5 hours for you to work on your individual Choice PD plan.
Tech Visit
- Prepare for our yearly Tech Visit on Thursday, December 8th
- A group of educators from Washington DC will be touring our building to see the extraordinary instruction that is going on at Park View.
- Schedule: 9:15 - 10:30
- Please make sure that you do the following:
- Dress professionally for our visitors
- All student work posted is updated and current
- Classroom are neat and orderly
- Relax and enjoy our guest
- Brenda Martin, Hayley Johnson and myself will be conducting the tours. We will bring them around to your classrooms. While they are in your classroom please allow them to ask questions to you as well as your students.
Progress Report
- Progress are in mailboxes
- Espanol progress reports are in your Grade Level Chairs
- Read to Achieve letters are located on Lori Woods file cabinet
- Progress Reports and RtA letters must go home on Thursday, December 8th

Technology Tools
- Mastery Connect - Allows students and teachers to use data from formative assessments. Students are able to view strengths and weaknesses.
RAZ Kids - Can view student performance and progress in the area of reading
- ScootPad - Tracks student progress and assigns “scootorials” and follow up/enhancement activities.
- MobyMax - Tracks student progress and growth. Assignments built on student abilities and teachers can assign objectives to meet individual needs.
- TenMarks - Assignment are objective based
- Blackboard Learn - used to take CFA’s and weekly test in order to get data.
- Playposit - used to flip the classroom and has questions throughout the videos in order to assess the students knowledge.
- I-Station - meets the students at their level and needs.
30 Day Ab Challenge
- The next 30 days we will be doing an Ab Challenge
- Day 1 of the challenge will start today, December 2nd
- If you are going to participate, please write your name on the board in the front office and check each day that you complete
- You'll notice each day gets a little harder

Operations
- Please talk to your students about proper use of the bathrooms
- The students have been throwing toilet paper on the floor, urinating on the floor and smearing fescues on the walls (most of this is happening in the bathroom located outside the cafeteria)
- This is causes a lot of extra work on our custodian staff, please reinforce the bathroom expectations
