Humans have been eating meat for generations. Meat is high in nutrients and has nutrients that can only be found in meat.

Meat doesn't raise your risk of diabetes

Regular meat has been researched and proven it doesn't cause diabetes. Processed meat however can cause diabetes. You are fine if you just eat meat but you can stay away from processed meat.

Meat is not bad for you

Meat is good for you they have not proven that their is any health benefits for not eating meat.
