WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS
Student Edition 4.8.20
WELLNESS AT HOME
Hello students,
We hope you are taking time away from the computer to relax for spring break. We will be starting distance learning next week on April 14, 2020. Many of you have already started enrichment activities and feel comfortable completing classes online; however, for some of us, this can be a scary and daunting new task. Please remember that all feelings are normal during this time. We want to give ourselves the time to feel, think and process the changes happening around us, free of judgement and full of compassion.
During your spring break, take the time to relax and be with loved ones (even if it is through a virtual setting).
Thinking of you!
