Now Accepting Applications for New Students for 2023-24
Do you know someone who wants to join OCEAN next school year? Applications are now open for the 2023-24 School Year.
Share our application link with anyone who might be interested in applying for next school year.

Returning students do not need to reapply. Later this year we will surveying current students to determine their plan for next school year.
Human Growth and Development Lessons
In grades 5-8, and 11-12 we will be teaching Human Growth & Development lessons the week of April 10.
The lessons include age appropriate comprehensive sexual health education and HIV prevention instruction as required by RCW 28A.230.070 and RCW 28A.300.475.
A parent info session will be held Tuesday, March 14, 5:30pm via Zoom where we will review the curriculum and have an opportunity for families to ask questions.

Grades 9 and 10 participated in lessons last semester in Health class.
OCEAN Spirit Month - Starts March 6
ASB is excited to announce that the first-ever OCEAN K-12 Spirit Month begins on March 6th! We’ll be kicking things off with a week of OCEAN Otter pride, which means all students are encouraged to wear our school colors, blue and green! Please see the other weeks’ themes listed on the flyer, and feel free to email ASB at oceank12asb@gmail.com with any questions.
Plant-a-thon March 4
Saturday March 4th is the next Plant-a-thon! This is a community volunteer event with Northwest Watershed Institute. Plant along Upper Tarboo Creek Preserve in Quilcene, WA.

- Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Where: - ADDRESS CHANGED to 3281 Dabob Rd, Quilcene WA. This is due to freezing temps. Updated this morning from Megan Brookens with NWI.
- Bring: Warm clothes, rain gear, boots, gloves, water bottle, snacks & lunch.
