A little about the evening...
Get to know Brendan Busse, S.J.
Brendan was born and raised in southern California. His love of narrative and social justice led him to pursue degrees in English (BA) and Theology (MA) at Loyola Marymount University. Before joining the Jesuits he taught high school and served as a Jesuit Volunteer in Punta Gorda, Belize for two years where he supervised the religious education programs of 29 village schools in the Maya Mountains. He returned to LMU as the director of Community Service and Social Justice. Brendan is currently a professor of Ignatian Spirituality at Seattle University, and a regular contributor to the Jesuit Post, a publication featuring awesome articles and useful tips on how to find God in everyday life.
