Barrett Team Adventures
January 17, 2017
Dear UMAC,
I hope that you enjoyed our extra-long weekend!
As we are moving throughout January, our team has had some great discussions about putting their best foot forward. I thoroughly enjoyed reading our recent KidBlog reflections in which the students set both academic and personal goals for the new year! I am looking forward to further supporting our teammates to reach these goals and celebrate their achievements.
Have a great week,
Michelle Barrett

Math
Our new and old friends are going to use a new website to reinforce and review a variety of math skills. Specifically, your child should be focusing on their goal area that was discussed at our MAP conference. https://student.frontrowed.com/#login

This is a wonderful resource to use at home to strengthen math skills.

Determine whether a number is prime or composite

This week your child will bring home a study guide for chapter 4, A Train Tour of the Northeast. Our team enjoyed stopping at many historical landmarks throughout this region. We will be testing on Friday, January 20.
