Ergonomics is the study of people's efficiency in their working environment
Back Pain
Lifting,Pushing,or Pulling can make back pain occur when your on the job. To prevent back pain your can, exercise,or bend your legs when picking something up to make sure your back isn't bended.
Correct Posture
Uncorrected sitting may also give you a type of dysfunction within your body. You can bend your back slouching or get hands cramps very easily. Your supposed to sit straight up, feet on the floor, and wrist off of the table.
Carpal Tunnel
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is numbness, tingling,and other problems in your hand because of pressure on the nerve in your wrist.b When you press down on something with one part of your hand carpal tunnel can develop overtime.
Never Sit to close to a Computer screen always sit at least 50 cm or more away from
Make sure your feat are flat on the ground, with your back straight, and screen tilted up, like in the picture above
Seat Height
The height of your seat is very important you need to make sure its at a length where you can see the screen just by looking forward and not looking up.
