New Attendance Policy

The district has decided to institute a new policy for students' absences. If a child is absent, it will be considered unexcused and truant. If the parent calls or brings in a Dr.'s note, it will be changed to excused and a Parent Waiver or medical documented. This is a reminder to please call us or let us know when your child(ren) will not be in school. Each day is a learning day and students miss out on direct instruction when they are not here. Every minute counts!!!

Principal's Corner

Build Responsibility in Children

Don't make it easy to forget. If your child often forgets a book for an assignment, don't always drive him/her back to school to retrieve it. If he/she's lost a soccer ball, don't rush out to buy another one.
