Silver Gate Elementary
Week of April 19, 2021
We did it!
Wow! We are off to a great start! It was such an awesome week seeing all the smiles and hearing the school and classrooms ring with laughter again. I am so proud of our Silver Gate staff as it was definitely an “all hands on deck” kind of week. The students were stellar in their flexibility and adaptability. Kids are so resilient they amaze me! And a huge thank you to parents for your understanding during this week’s internet glitches, slow connectivity speeds, and bumps in the road. Looking forward to another successful week!

Sickness Protocol for In-Person Learning:
If your child will be absent from in-person learning due to sickness please email their teacher and our School Clerk Renee’ at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the attendance line at 858-988-2200 (press 2). Every student that is sick will need to be home for 10 days or get a PCR COVID test to show negative results and be clear of symptoms for 24 hours to return back to in-person learning. Do Not do the rapid test.
Do you have health questions?
Clearpass QR Code
All students entering campus are required to complete a health screening every day. This can be done by filling out a paper form or by using the ClearPass Health App. You can add ClearPass to your phone's home screen and complete your Daily Student Check-In on your phone. It’s easy, just log in via your organization, use your child’s district ID and password, and answer the yes or no questions. If you get the “You are safe to go to school” screen, take a screenshot and show it to whomever checks your child in. Save even more time and send it to your teacher via email or Konstella before you bring your child to school!
